1. Digital Product Sales

USA250 Content Library provides digital content (social media posts with images, text, and video reels) through the following pricing options:

Every purchase includes all 15 art styles, captions, and a finished video reel per post:

• 5-Pack: $19.99 one-time payment for 5 credits
• 11-Pack: $39.99 one-time payment for 11 credits
• 27-Pack: $89.99 one-time payment for 27 credits
• Full Access: $249.99 for immediate access to all 329+ posts, 4,955+ images, and video reels

Producer (everything above + raw video, audio, timestamps, and AI assembly prompt):

• Full Access — Producer: $299.99 for immediate access to all content including raw production assets

2. Purchase Terms

All purchases are one-time payments. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions. Bundle purchases (5-Pack, 11-Pack, and 27-Pack) award credits that can be used to unlock posts of your choice. Credits do not expire while the service remains operational. Full Access purchases grant immediate access to all content at the purchased tier level.

3. Refund Policy

3a. 5-Pack Bundles

5-Pack purchases are non-refundable due to the small credit count.

3b. 11-Pack and 27-Pack Bundles

11-Pack and 27-Pack purchases are eligible for a partial refund within 30 days of purchase if you have used no more than 33% of your credits.

• Refund amount: 90% of the prorated unused credit value
• Formula: 90% × (unused credits × price paid ÷ total credits)
• Posts already unlocked remain in your account after a partial refund

3c. Full Access ($249.99)

Eligible for a partial refund within 30 days of purchase if fewer than 66 unique posts have been downloaded (20% threshold).

• Refund amount: $249.99 minus $0.76 per unique post downloaded, minimum $0
• Upon refund, full portal access is revoked

3d. Full Access — Producer ($299.99)

Eligible for a partial refund within 30 days of purchase if fewer than 66 unique posts have been downloaded (20% threshold).

• Refund amount: $299.99 minus $0.91 per unique post downloaded, minimum $0
• Upon refund, full portal access is revoked

3e. Fulfillment Failures

If our systems fail to deliver your purchased content, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of tier. Contact [email protected]. Admin review is required.

3g. How to Request a Refund

Eligible customers can request a refund from their Account page. Fulfillment failure cases should contact [email protected].

4. License for Use

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Use the content for social media posting on business accounts you own or manage
• Modify text and images freely (add your business name, adjust colors, crop, etc.)
• Create derivative works (the modified content becomes yours)
• Post on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, NextDoor, and similar social platforms

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute the original content or bulk downloads to others
• Offer the content as a product or service (that's what we do)
• Share your account access or downloaded files outside your organization

Plain English: Use it however you want for social media marketing. Just don't compete with us by selling it.

5. Content Availability & Campaign Duration

USA250 is a temporary campaign. This is a once-in-a-lifetime event celebrating America's 250th anniversary. Access to purchased content remains available for the duration of the campaign (through August 30, 2026) and beyond, subject to our operational continuity.

The site will not remain active indefinitely. We reserve the right to discontinue the service after the campaign concludes, with reasonable notice to purchasers.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the stated amount.

7. Content Accuracy & Disclaimer

Content is provided "as-is." While we have made every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of historical information and the quality of AI-generated images, we make no warranties or representations regarding:

• Historical Accuracy: Text content is intended for social media engagement, not academic citation. Dates, facts, and narratives may contain errors or simplifications.
• Image Quality: Images are AI-generated and may occasionally contain visual artifacts, anatomical inconsistencies, or historical inaccuracies in depicted scenes, clothing, or objects.
• Fitness for Purpose: Content is designed for general social media use and may not be suitable for all audiences, industries, or purposes.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, USA250 Content Library and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this content, including but not limited to claims of defamation, copyright infringement, factual inaccuracy, or reputational harm.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing content before posting and ensuring it meets your standards and is appropriate for your audience. We recommend fact-checking any historical claims before using them in professional or educational contexts.

Privacy Policy
